I became a professional poker player in the summer of 2005, and since then I’ve played approximately ten million hands of poker across cash games and tournaments. Over the years, I’ve dedicated my career not only to playing the game, but also to understanding and teaching it. I’m the author of four poker books, including Poker Math That Matters, Hole Card Confessions, Poker Perspectives, and Poker’s Postflop Course. My writing focuses on breaking down complex poker concepts into practical strategies that players can apply immediately at the tables. Whether I’m competing or writing, my goal is the same: to help poker players think more clearly, make better decisions, and gain a lasting edge in No-Limit Hold’em.
